  • Reine VS Massive Plate Armor, Day 6. I dislike having to deal with an easily-injured wrist (because even the slightest twist = OW), but this piece seems to be progressing along nicely. I did a little modification on the original idea of the armor as presented in-game. I gave him a proper gorget [click here to see the Wikipedia definition], but it’ll be ornamented the same way that the frilly neck area on the Warden Commander cuirass was.

  • ‘My Lioness’ - Sekhmet Hawke and Sebastian by *DragonReine Commissioned by ~MelpomeneTears1. Art for her fanfic My Lioness, featuring Sebastian Vael and Sekhmet Hawke. Poor, poor Sebastian. I’m not entirely pleased with how I approached the scale armor, but this is the best I can do without spending more than a week just drawing them in. Damn you, whoever designed Sebastian’s armor, for all the fiddly details. They look great in-game, but trying to replicate that by hand makes me want to eat my Wacom tablet.
